Yoni Egg: Exercises
First of all, let me first acknowledge there is a lot of stuff on the internet regarding Yoni Eggs right now. The yoni egg is a esoteric practice just like yoga or meditation in that the egg is a tool to enhance your physical sense within your body to connect with oneness as a women. Start slow with just 10 minutes per day for two weeks. Connection and confidence will begin to build.
It is my personal belief to tune in to what feels right for you and check in with your own intuition and body. If you notice stirring emotions when you work with your egg, remember to be gentle with yourself. Go slow. Consider taking a break to journal, rest, or spend time in nature. How to Practice With a Yoni Egg?
1. Warm Up Egg
Take some time to connect with your egg. Hold it in your hand. Perhaps rub it around the outside of your body. Then gently insert the egg. Relax for a moment, then and come settle in making sure your spin is straight. I like to rub or massage my breast with my egg prior to insertion to warm-up the egg but also stimulate my heart center.
Focus your attention not only on the inhales and the exhales, but notice the pause between the breath. Inhale and imagine your breath circulating throughout your body. Connect with breath for 1-2 minutes and then with one hand gently glide in the egg. Notice how the egg feels against your labia. Feel the activation and as you inhale pull up the energy, activating each chakra. Exhale slowly as you completely let go of any visualization and relax vagina walls. Complete surrender. Feel the vagina walls on the egg and simply breath. Inhale contract up and exhale release. Imagine the vaginal walls gripping the egg. Allow mind to got calm. Repeat for at 5-30 minutes. You might feel a bit of energy or heat within your body. Notice this beautiful energy (Chi or Prana) and how it radiates your very being.
5. Just Be and Remove the Egg
Once finished, remove the egg and find a comfortable place to lie back with your egg on your chest next to your heart. Close the eyes and focus attention on allowing the muscles to feel like they are melting and relaxing. Too much focus can be put on the tightening and it is in the relaxing that supports enhanced dexterity. The goal is to have vaginal tissue not of a tight rubber band that can snap at any moment but a nice springy trampoline. Inhale tighten. Hold for a few seconds. Relax and fully release.
It’s normal to feel a bit dizzy when you first start this exercise, so give yourself time to rest. In time you will become familiar and comfortable with the sensations of the body and carry that orgasmic feeling out into the day.
