An avid wilderness explorer and owner of Wild Soul Living. Friends and family would describe me as the person who has a way to find ‘the most unusual things.’ I am a collector. I love to gather information, knowledge, new ways, herbs, ancient stories, and well just about anything!
I am a certified clinical herbalist from Artemisia & Rue with a focus in ethnobotanical studies. My teachers Shelley Torgrove, Donna Chesner, Debbie Brandt, Beverly McFarland and Michael Cottingham all studied under the legendary Michael Moore. I feel blessed to have had such amazing teachers who have taught me the ways of plants and have passed down their stories and wisdom.
In addition to my herbal studies, I have studied Women’s Health with Shelly Torgrove in her 2013 Women’s Studies program. I am also a certified Jade Egg practitioner and young girls rite of passage facilitator from Katherine’s Kruger’s program “Journey for Young Girls.” I have also studied with Andrew Barnes and completed level one Quodoushka training.
In addition to being founder and owner of Wild Soul Living. I manage and consult a school garden program K-6 in which I teach students about where their food comes from. I implemented, designed and created this program and still going strong for about 10 years. My passion is to create, learn and teach. I have a unique ability to combine concepts in unique way…a collector!
My diverse background in herbs, young girls sexual education, gardening, camping, sexual healing, women’s empowerment, authentic relating, ontological coaching, and embracing your wild soul to come alive are my passions and gifts.
